DCLL Cancellation Policy

We understand that at times you may need to cancel a player's registration and request a refund.
Because of DCLL’s expenses to process a registration, order uniforms, etc. increase the closer we get to the start of the season, we have established this Policy to indicate the amount of refund you may receive.

To receive a refund, cancellation of registration must be received via email no later than 5:00 pm PT by the date specified below. 

Please send us an email with "Registration Cancellation" as the subject to [email protected], and include the child's full name, level of play he or she is registered for, and a reason for cancellation in the text of the email.
Please refer to the following timeline for refund deadlines and amounts.

If DCLL receives your cancellation notice,
Prior to the Jan 04, 2024 (registration closing date) your REGISTRATION fees and SNACK BAR fees will fully refunded. Processing fee will still be applied.

NO REFUNDS will be issued after Feb 01, 2024.
Please allow 3-5 weeks to process your refund.
